We haven’t had grilled fish in a long while and when I came across some beautiful pieces of salmon fillets at the local wet market, I couldn’t go past them. If you’re making this recipe in a pan, leave the skin on. I cooked ours up in our barbecue and chose to remove the skin. Either way, the salmon tastes fantastic.
