These croutons are lovely over salad or soup. Really quick to prepare and are very moorish, so make extra!
You could use any bread, I had some left over Turkish flat bread lying around in the fridge. Cube the bread, mix with plenty of olive oil. Season with pepper and lots of grated parmesan. I also added some dried herbs and red chilli powder. Mix well and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes. Done!
