These chocolate almond cookies are virtually sugar free and super yummy. Mangy couldn’t stop munching on them!
I have inserted links for the various ingredients if you’d like to try them out.
You’ll need (makes 25 biscuits):
100g melted unsalted butter
2 tablespoons Natvia Stevia Sugar (or other preferred brand) – add more sweetener if you like
1 tablespoon Vitarium Drinking Hot Chocolate
4 squares of …well,naturally Almond Chip Chocolate (chop roughly) –
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
50 grams LC Condensed Milk
1 full packet LC Pie Crust and Biscuit Flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Pinch of salt
Method:
Mix all of the above, form into small balls, flatten slightly and bake at 180 degrees (preheated oven) for about 20 minutes. Allow to cool, the biscuits crisp up as they cool. Enjoy!
